We are looking for Operations Officer having prior experience in the related field.
• Routine operation tasks.
• Monitor on time performance for all routes through dispatch function in
E-Courier. Proactively communicate with drivers not performing to
customer requirements. Alert Supervisor of all issues / concerns for
routes not performing up to standards immediately.
• Maintain a daily detailed shift report .
• Proactively follows up on and resolves any internal and customer issues
or escalates appropriately.
