- Serve as ambassador of first impressions, greeting our outside guests and vendors, as well as answering phones and sorting mail.
- Serve as primary internal and external contact for all office needs.
- Manage the office supply.
- Management of building access keys, coordination of desk moves and setup, repairs and maintenance of our office equipment.
- Recommend and implement improvements for the office environment & experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors & service provider.
- Collaborate with management team on candidates sourcing, outreaching, and interview scheduling.
- Plan, organize, implement and manage various office team engagement activities, functions and special events.
- Manage the companies social media pages/brand management.
- Assist management in daily operations and projects.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong PC/MS Office Computer skills.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management skills and accountability in the role.
