Team Assistant

What you’ll do
  • Managing requests for information across a sector of our Group companies
  • Maintaining information on our dedicated intranet site
  • Managing our Board portal – requests to be added to the list of users, assisting the business with requests and liaising with the provider on our requests and queries as necessary
  • Maintenance on a database of individuals defined as business ‘insiders’
  • Arranging board meetings and lunches
  • Diary management
  • Loading Board papers onto our Board portal
  • Drafting skeleton Board minutes
  • Maintaining our electronic filing system
  • Making statutory filings and maintaining our statutory database
  • Administration for our range of investment trusts
  • Monitoring the team inbox for requests from the business and shareholders

  • Work in a busy office, no qualifications needed
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help

  • experience in financial services would be an advantage, but is not a prerequisite.
